Product Warranty
All purchases come with a 30-day limited warranty. If the item you received is incorrect, defective, or doesn’t match its description, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim:
Document the issue with clear photos or a short video showing any damage, defects, or packaging issues.
Depending on the situation, we may request that the item be returned to us for verification. If applicable, we will coordinate a replacement or refund once your return is received.
⚠️ Please note: This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, exposure to water, or product abuse.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond that timeframe.
Refunds cannot be issued for reasons based solely on personal preferences, taste, or scent sensitivity.
To qualify for a refund:
Products must be in original packaging and condition.
Items with up to 95% of contents remaining may still qualify under our satisfaction guarantee (valid only for Lia’s Botanicals–branded products).
To initiate a return:
Email support@liasbotanicals.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting photos or videos.
Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
Use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
✉️ Shipping Costs:
If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping.
If not, the return shipping cost is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed and applied to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Returned items missing original parts or packaging
Items damaged due to reasons not caused by our error
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:
Opened or used personal care products
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you request a cancellation before shipment, a 20% restocking and processing fee may apply.
Invalid Refund Requests
Refunds will not be granted for:
Changing your mind after the order is placed
Finding a similar item cheaper elsewhere
Please ensure you’re ready to complete your purchase before submitting your order.
